I read through each description and review I could find before I bought this because I wanted to know if I could use it while sitting at my desk and work. nothing really answered that, so I took anyway. and now, it is clear that this thing is the missing link in my fitness program. I am basically sedentary for 8 hours a day at work. not anymore. I did 14 miles on it yesterday and today are up to 12 miles, and it's only 11. Here's the deal: sit at your desk with your knees bent and your feet on the ground.
