A previous week. I'm looking for information on the BodyCraft VR100 Rowing Machine, so i would like to describe here.
There are many exercises I can do without getting bored or bad (bad knees) but rowing is fairly low impact but great all-around. This machine is a great value since its levels of magnetic resistance variable-assist on top of the basic air resistance. It folds up nicely when you need floor space, runs smooth and not too noisy. best of all, it arrived this lazy back to exercise regularly and, after a month, I can already feel the difference.
