Review Kettler Stroker Rower and Multi-Trainer, Love it!

A previous week. I search for information on the Kettler Stroker Rower and Multi-Trainer, so i would like to describe here.

overall this is a really good piece of fitness equipment. the look and feel is solid. the package arrived was about the size of a large book case and felt heavy as a fully loaded library. but there are too many separate pieces (most components come pre-assembled) and parts are neatly packaged and numbered so you can find the nuts and bolts required for each step when putting together. Once together, is very robust. the computer screen is just weak point IMO. does a job suitable for tracking shots and rowing time, but the calorie tracker seems too generic (non-user specific input, as it calculate it?) and a heart rate monitor is lacking. to the maximum extent from the display (when the legs are stretched out), the display loses the signal from the transmitter to the chest, the heart rate goes everywhere (78bpm up to 120bpm back to 60 bpm, etc). also, there are only a few keys on the display (Set//e-recovery) then navigating the menus is anything but intuitive. but for general use to track a daily workout, okay. the action is smooth and steady rower. the seat is comfortable and the handlebar has a foam rubber that is easy on the hands. you relied on mostly an elliptical machine for exercise, have used the Kettler for two weeks now and definitely feel a difference in my arms and back. great for cardio and strength training! 4/2/2014 UPDATE: one month later and still going strong.
