A few days ago. I search for information on the First Degree Fitness Newport Adjustable Resistance Water Rower, so i would like to bring a story to tell.
I have been using it for about 2 weeks, I really like. Here are some of the points that I like:-solid build: the body is made of metal. -easy to assemble: not much you need to put screws and the mounting kit includes everything (screws, drivers, wrenches, water treatment-only in case of scratches, etc.)-a fun workout experience: I got the idea from watching House of Cards, then I googled the benefits of rowing, I decided to give it a try. the sound of water is not too noisy, that also depends on how hard you row, take it easy, about 500 m/4m40s if set to min resistance level, and I can listen to music or watch TV while I paddling without having to skip the loudspeaker. I read some reviews before I bought online, some people complained that the exercise is not enough, I think there are other reasons that are contributing to it as: hard/not rowing fast enough, not setting level maximum resistance, not working outside long enough, not leaning back enough (the further you lean back when you "pull" , the harder the workout is for a demonstration video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bc2bVqkkcDE). the first day I did 1 hour of rowing, the next day that I had a hard time getting out of bed because I really tried. everything that you can watch the meters when you row, admiring the whirling of water and hear the sound of water, add to the fun of training.
