Review Stamina 15-9003 Deluxe Conversion II Recumbent /, Fantastic Piece of Equipment

A couple of days ago. I'm looking for information on the Stamina 15-9003 Deluxe Conversion II Recumbent / Rower, so i would like to describe here.

I received the bike/rower Stamina a few months ago. I wanted to use it for awhile before I wrote a review, so I could comment on durability. overall, I am very glad. It is well built and is very smooth. is an excellent value considering you get a working and a Rower recumbent exercise bike in one. bike/rower arrived in perfect condition. There was no transport damage. It was fairly simple to assemble, and using only tools made even easier. it comes with a set of rudimentary tools that will do the job, but it just takes longer. * a note about the assembly: some of the nuts and bolts are pre-installed on the unit and are not included in the bag. during installation, if you think that you are missing a bolt, look on the drive, is probably already in place. I read some reviews said the resistance was too light. well, it could be a mechanical problem or something else with individual units, but for moderate exercise, there is a lot of resistance. the rowing machine, can I get a good workout from level 4 and ends at level 6 or 7. on the bike, I start 3 level and work my way up to level 5 or 6. I'm sure over the next few months I'll be 8 level at some point, but I don't need to max out yet. the monitor is nice and I like the fact that it is embedded and not sit on the top as the least expensive model. has elapsed time, distance, rpm, calories burned and heart rate. (the heart rate function registers only by holding the handle for the bike, so it does not register if you are remi) the rowing machine is very smooth and feels natural movement. the bike is also quite smooth and the reclining position is comfortable.
