as a Personal Trainer (and a client) are happy with these resistance bands. as a Personal Trainer: when using resistance bands is proving to be a type of training called "dynamic strength Training". This refers to the fact that throughout the whole movement resistance is applied to the muscle you are working. a Bicep Curl is a perfect example. When you use a resistance band to a biceps curl at the top of the movement (i.e. when the arm is towards the shoulder) there is still being placed on the muscle strength due to the elasticity of the band. If you were doing the same bicep curl with a barbell weight standards, at the top of the movement there is little to no resistance being placed on muscle. This is the beauty of dynamic resistance training. the muscle is being put into constant voltage. at some point you may find that there is enough resistance when you use any one individual bandwidth, but no problem! Just combine a couple of resistance bands! As a customer: I love having a series of bands around for when I can't get to the gym or I'm travelling. everything fits easily into the bag that is included and are compact. It is very easy to move or add bands positioning thanks to quick-release clips. I like to use the bands with handles against gangs of therapy that is used by physiotherapists or Yoga instructors. those who tend to pinch the skin, and it's definitely harder to get a good workout! These gangs feel almost the same as working in the gym with the cable car.
