Stamina Body Trac Glider 1050 Rowing Machine, Recommend with Reservations in my opinion

A week ago. I search for information on the Stamina Body Trac Glider 1050 Rowing Machine, so i would like to describe here.


I used this machine for 45 minutes every other day for a year and a half. This exercise is just that I do and I have seen remarkable results. I have 30 years and I've lost thirty pounds of fat and have transformed one type of medium build in one athletic. my back and shoulders have benefited. These are the results you can expect from using this low-impact, compact, easy to use and quite amusing piece of sports equipment-all form the comfort of your living room. as for the car itself: Pro: is robust-I'm 6 ' 2 and 190 lbs (started at 220 lbs) and have never had a problem with the stability. I like rowing arms (as opposed to a bar as I saw at gyms), gives the feeling of a real rowing boat and also allows you to exercise different parts of arms and back. fast results-and probably faster if I made some changes to my diet. Cons: calorie counter sucks ass. in fact the computer in its entirety are not that great. maintains the time and number of shots with accuracy but. rather than creak. has always been. bottom line: If your looking for a car to get the job done and do not need a thousand bells and whistles-get this machine. 45 min = 1000 lines average 3 times a week = 3000 lines 1.5 lines = 234,000 a week in total and this machine is still going with no maintenance.

Stamina Air Rower (Black, Chrome), Couldn't ask for more! in my opinion

A couple of days ago. I'm looking for information on the Stamina Air Rower (Black, Chrome), so i have to tell.


I used to regularly on a row Concept2 at my University and was a great full body workout. After high-school, I wanted to get a rowing machine to add to my humble home gym. I watched the Concept2 and cost more than $ 1,000. While they are worth the money, I'm not in my budget being a recent grad. I bought this rower and although it is not as big a, provides a workout Concept2 pretty decent. You can't beat $ 299 for a rowing machine. definitely requires you to use more upper body strength and is hard to get your heart rate, but after using it about 5 times, I adjusted to it. I can get a good workout from it and seems to be holding up well. This is good if you're a rower on a budget. I think it will last me for quite some time, until I can afford a Concept2. I have not had any problems with it so far, and it only took about 30 minutes for me to put together. It is lightweight and takes up little space. the only complaint I have so far beyond a comparison Concept2, the noise level is. definitely sounds like you're firing a jet engine.

Stamina 1215 Orbital Rowing Machine with Free Motion Arms, Seriously works in my opinion

The several days before. I search for information on the Stamina 1215 Orbital Rowing Machine with Free Motion Arms, so i would like to describe here.


I read a lot of reviews before buying this one and compared to many different brands. not only am I up to 5 ' 11 "but I'm big boned (physically heavier weight/denso) and very strong for a girl. so I had a lot to consider. I do not want something with the arm strength of easy peezy, or would fall apart on the use. during a road accident 18 months ago fractured femoral head cartilage, the head of the tibia and tibial. When I was training for a marathon. Since then I have had 2 surgeries and will never work. the hardest part of this is finding a workout that gets my heart goes easy on the knees while. I found it! This car is great! Yes, it is a bit lower to the floor, but what I was really waiting for? Follow the instructions and you're good to go! I had no squeaking, squealing or breaking after using 3-4 days per week. I'm at the lower arm strength and makes me happy to know that the entry-level resistance is enough for now until I need to increase and I still have 5 more levels to increase. If you are worried due to other reviews, I was too negative and I don't regret going with this machine!

exre el lent money machine I run a small gym on the West side of Atlanta I purchased this machine about a month ago was really easy to put together so easy I thought I actually did something wrong, but however if you follow the directions to the T you should have no problems with putting it together anyway let's get into the nuts and bolts of this Rowwer first of all has a very good color that Sceem I really like the black and red on the seat is a bit small and the handle is small even the pedal that little bit fragile, but you can do with it is overall a well built machine. take note if you think you're going to get out of this car and single muscle around or simply going to just have your way with it that are wrong, unfortunately I couldn't do five minutes on this thing that I've been consumed after three and a half minutes with the proper form and technique will give you a good workout could use some updates as some resistance to the legs a larger venue a longer I tried literally RIP this thing my handle are about 230 pounds and I pulled with all I had just kept coming after three and a half minutes I was dead beat me there is no need to say it to be two of my other kids too which are much larger than I am one is 250 pounds and the other is more than 350 pounds and some change and he's JacKed has some big arms maaan!!! We live in an area that doesn't have a gym, so this is the first rower, none of us has used. keeping this in mind, this is coming from a newbie's perspective. the machine itself weighs about 90 pounds and arrived needing Assembly. all tools and materials were included, so it was only a matter of about 30 minutes to get everything out of the box and assembled. the directions were clear and easy to follow. all the pieces were made of heavy steel and bolts were some of the biggest I've ever seen! The main part that houses the electronics has a plastic cover and is a pleasant design and color. When completely open and ready to work on, the unit measures approximately 7 feet. manufacturers description said that the drive can be folded for economy of space when not in use. it nicely, with compact measurements of d 54 "h x 34" x 20 "w and this is achieved by bending the unit in front of the seat. the unit seems to be of good quality. the seat is very comfortable and well padded and the handles are well padded and are comfortable to hold. the footrests are adjustable and fit nicely every Member of our family. sitting quietly and easily slips on the beam. We have a family 4-2 adults and 2 teenagers. the unit works well with each with different strength programs that each family member prefers. My husband who was far from being interested in a rowing machine, is the everyday use and customized training. He loves it and is amazed at how a workout you can get for the small amount of time that is spent on the machine. a real plus for us is how the drive is quiet. so far so good. My only real complaint is an alignment problem where one of the two screws below cannot be screwed because the holes don't match up after installing that first. Secondly, the seat is too small.

probably one of the best rowers I have ever used. It was easy to Assembly and it looks and feels really solid. lot of adjusting "power level"-really easy really hard. I am 6 ' and is definitely large enough (easily work for taller people as well). My wife is 5 ' 3 ", and finds it easy to use too. highly recommended.

get ready to do some Assembly work. it comes with a lot of pieces in a carton that overlooks big enough to fit a four toaster bagels. the Assembly instructions are clear enough; It took about 30 minutes to put together. you will need assistance to a single step. I was glad to get into rowing exercise for less than a hundred dollars. Only two downsides that I could see. First; If you're over six feet, don't see how you can get a comfortable workout: not enough legroom to straighten. Secondly, there is no voltage regulation. has a pulley system; but it also means that there is no cylinder leak. I deducted a star for your computer. have no instructions at all; You're on your own

A several days before. I'm looking for information on the Supermats Solid P.V.C. Mat for Rowing Machines (3-Feet x 8.5-Feet), so i would like to bring a story to tell.


very heavy and seems to be very well done. taken with the Concept 2 rower model D, which fits nicely ... --is about 6-8 inches longer than the car and leave about a foot on both sides. the mat itself remains in place during a workout, but my machine seems to slip backwards when I'm rowing hard. I didn't slip out again, but came close on distances of 5000-10000 meters. I still recommend though.

Finally, a mat large enough. wide enough for a man. in fact, a little sweaty man. sweating on the carpet is not cool. working partly on a mat and partly on tiles/wood just plain sux. mostly though, I want a rug large enough to capture all that so I can wash drippage every now and then the thing and make things clean again. This mat is large enough that I can have both hands and feet on it during the push-up. those little yoga roll up and stuff are not sufficient. also, my stationary recumbent bicycle fits completely on it. Once again, no sweat on the carpet. This mat fold for storage/transport and it is not very heavy. the material is not nearly as robust as the stuff from my treadmill mat is made. on the other hand, the pad is not going anywhere, because it is too heavy and not roll well or easily. This mat, however, is just perfect for plopping on the table and get some exercise.

through the past several months I have spent a lot of time researching various rowing machines both on the Internet and visiting various fitness equipment dealers. I decided along that if there was a piece of fitness equipment that I was about to buy was a rowing machine. for years I worked on the Concept2 well-known in several local gyms. the Concept2 is a machine of great physical shape, but wanted to see if there was something better out there, before throwing $ 1000 on this machine. so, I ran the WaterRower, and boy am I glad I did! Since I have some experience using the Concept2 (model D lately), I can list some personal impressions on two machines so you'll have some comparison data. first of all, however, I should note that I purchased my rowing machice for home use. I am an individual fit enough, but not an Olympic athlete. my main desire to purchase a rowing machine was loose/maintain weight, maintain your cardiovascular fitness and stress relief. in all these categories, the WaterRower came through with shining colors! So, without further ADO, some comparison between the WaterRower Concept2 and then some pointers about the WaterRower itself. Why is the WaterRower better equipment in my opinion? -Boating Action much smoother than the Concept2. not only because the patented flying water, but also because instead of a chain, the WaterRower uses pulleys and a high-strength belt. strap rolls on pulleys, industrial grade and is virtually invisible to user.
