ProSource Puzzle Exercise Mat High Quality EVA Foam Interlocking, Perfect gym mats in my opinion

A yesterday. I'm looking for information on the ProSource Puzzle Exercise Mat High Quality EVA Foam Interlocking Tiles, so i would like to bring a story to tell.

I have an old wine cellar with concrete floors where I have all my exercise equipment (and only a pilates mat and a rug to do any exercise plan) is not so bad in the summer but in the winter it is too cold. I ordered a set of these (6 feet 6 placemats from 4 feet) just to see how they look in the basement. each piece comes with a double-sided Board. they were delivered in about 3 days, link together easily and looks great. I ordered another set immediately and have a good part of the area that I'd cover made. (only one side of the base is on my side). I probably need to order additional sets of 3-4. they are very comfortable. not extremely thick, but I didn't want those who were super thick. they are exactly what I was looking for. are able to stretch, stretch out, kneel (without any knee pain), Pilates, etc.. not to mention that it's a nice inexpensive way for me to cover that ugly concrete floor, which is very irregular and would be a nightmare to remodel. My only suggestion is once you put them together, something to roll over the seams. I used my ab roller which worked well, but you might use a rolling pin, rolled cloth, roll of duct tape, etc.. helped seal them together and unless you're down on the floor by a standing level not seen even where they connect.
