I find this gel cushion be helpful in giving me some relief to back discomfort. I use this gel pad on my indoor rower. What I found was that I had to experiment with positioning to get just the right positioning. There is no problem with it moving around. I see that some reviewers find the product not useful at all. I found it useful, but because I know that low back pain with seat is going to be a problem for me, there's a product that will clear that problem completely, but help the gel pad.
